We Are Mobile Home Community Buyers

Antelope Developments LLC is a buyer and developer of mobile home and RV communities across 26 states in the United States. We specialize in acquiring quality communities and elevating them with strong operations, trusted management, and thoughtful capital improvements. Our mission is simple: improve the living experience for our residents and create long-term neighbors and neighborhoods.

 

We approach every opportunity personally. We are not a large corporate giant or a distant REIT. Instead, we pride ourselves on being a fast, curious, and nimble team—much like the antelope that represents our brand. Our creativity in dealmaking allows us to structure transactions that genuinely support the seller’s future while uplifting the communities we serve.

Antelope Developments was founded by Connor Gilman, whose background in construction and development informs everything we do. As the Founder and CEO of Pivotal Project Management, Connor led major construction and development operations for clients nationwide. While serving others was a privilege, his long-term dream was to build a portfolio of commercial real estate assets he could improve and steward directly. The mobile home and RV park industry is at a pivotal moment of evolution, and Antelope Developments is uniquely positioned—and energized—to lead the way.

 

We believe in transparency, honesty, and win-win transactions. We value flexibility in timing, creativity in structuring deals, and genuine relationships built on integrity. Connor Gilman is the founder of Antelope Developments LLC, a company dedicated to transforming mobile home and RV communities through thoughtful operations, strategic reinvestment, and a genuine respect for the people who call those neighborhoods home. With more than two decades of experience in construction, development, and project leadership, Connor brings a disciplined, future-focused approach to improving communities — and a human one to building relationships.

Before launching Antelope Developments, Connor spent eight years leading Pivotal Project Management LLC, where he oversaw complex commercial development programs for private companies, municipalities, and federal agencies. His work there deepened his ability to simplify complex challenges and communicate clearly — a skill that builds trust and keeps projects moving in the right direction.

Antelope Developments was founded on a simple vision: communities thrive when ownership is personal, transparent, and committed to long-term outcomes. Connor believes in meeting sellers where they are, sharing due-diligence openly, and structuring deals that genuinely support their goals rather than forcing them into a rigid process. His approach is direct, honest, and grounded in the belief that real estate works best when relationships come first.
