We prioritize communities with secure legal status and entitlements, that are clear of FEMA flood plain, ensuring long-term stability for both residents and ownership.

  • Not within FEMA flood plain

We do not acquire communities that are illegal, unpermitted, or at risk of losing grandfathered status.
